About Body App

Welcome to the Body App home page. This is an important next step on your road to improving, enhancing or maintaining wellness.You should have already done the Wellness Assessment. If not go back to the Assessment home page and get started there.

You may have used other body fitness and weight management apps or tools. And they can be advantageous. However, this body app is fundamentally different. Its part of a complete (holistic) wellness suite of integrated apps, each driven by your Wellness Assessment results. Of course, the body app embraces the functionality of leading tools.   1. Body Objectives. Based on your wellness assessment, set body specific objectives (or targets) which will be your pathway to improvement
  2. Food and Drink Planner integrated with a rich database of the core foods and drinks and their profiles.The profiule data is used by our algorithms to give you an immediate insight into the outcome of your plans and actions
  3. Activity and Exercise Planner integrated into a rich database of activities each with associated activity profiles that inform you of thier contribution to you objectives and plans. This important part of the prgramme is not purely exercise focused. Uniquely the database and underlying heuristics, support a far wider spectrum of activities including home, work, hobby and leisure.
  4. Food, Drink And Activity Databases supportintg the planning processes. Each databses is easily configured to your personal requirements.
  5. Day to Day Action Schedules supporting your plans. You will make your plans and create a day by day action schedule
  6. Progress Reports. As you you progress your plans you can re assess your wellness and reset objectives anytime you choose. Maybe monthly.
  7. Inbuilt Intelligencesupporting your plans and actions. The algorithms and heuristics used are supported by science
  8. Learn as you go. Animated videos designed to empower you with the knowledge needed to enhance confidence in your plans and actions
  9. Links to the supporting science for those that want to know more. These resources can be pretty technical and not for everyone! However, it's nice to see it's not about fads and gimmicks and that the body app strives to stay current - as new findings emerge from the science and medical community

The body app is connected to your assessement which means the data about you is used directly during the improvement planning process. The body app is also connected to each of the Sleep and Mood apps and their related resoures supporting an holistic approach to improved wellness

Each app has been designed for use in the mobile world. It's the same user interface and toolset whether you are using a modern mobile, laptop, pc or tablet. That means you can switch devices without cost or re-learning overhead. From one day to the next. At home-you might want to use your laptop. Out and about-use the mobile. It's the same app -look, feel and function.

Get Started

Begin with Body App Lesson. Then go to Body Objectives. Spend a few minutes setting out your objectives. After that you can start planning using the Food and Activity planning modules and databases. If you haven't done your assessment yet, get started with that.
