Poses
They look silly. The look a little effenminate. But they are logical from a scientific perspectic. Grip something and you create a trigger. Yoga positions prevent that. The poseitions re called relaaxtion techniques but its more than that. They break the cycle. Its are relaxtion poses. Meaning you arent gripping the steering wheel or clenching your teeth. Remember anything the brain detects as a flight or fight symptom will trigger the anxiety physiology,
Breathing
Yoga breathing techniques are another break to the anxiety physiology. Your diaphram in particular. Tense gut muscles trigger the anxirty cycle.
